Agora Technical Services LLC delivered a seamless interior transformation in Project 517, a full-scale renovation showcasing the studio’s comprehensive design and execution expertise. The project focused on reconfiguring key living spaces to improve functionality, flow, and visual coherence without increasing the villa’s built-up area.
The ground floor layout was completely reimagined to create a contemporary, open-plan environment. By removing partition walls and integrating the previously enclosed kitchen with the adjacent powder room, Agora established a fluid connection between the kitchen, dining, and living zones. The original maid’s room was converted into a modern, compact powder room.
