For over 16 years now, design et al Magazine & The International Hotel & Property Awards aim has been to promote the leading companies in the residential interior design & architecture industry and bring together the design elite of this industry for an international celebration of your work. Having your work shortlisted in our Awards is believed to be “the pinnacle of recognition within the industry.”

As you may know, this is not just an entry into a competition, like other Awards. If your application is successfully shortlisted by the design et al Magazine panel, you’ll receive an extensive PR and editorial package throughout the year ahead of the Awards Ceremony in London.

Our voting process really sets us apart from other Awards, instead of a small judging panel of 10-20 professionals, for the 2024 Awards, we had over 91,000 industry professionals voting over the 4-week period, taking 38 minutes to complete a vote. The coverage, scope and reach of this process is incredible. Objective, fair, a true competition with winners decided by the industry itself. You’re not going to get this kind of engagement elsewhere.
