The basement underwent significant structural works, including the installation of a new floor to address persistent damp issues. Alchemy Build’s meticulous approach ensured not only the eradication of structural concerns but also a thoughtful integration of modern amenities.

Concealed air conditioning units within new joinery units exemplify the fusion of contemporary comfort with classic aesthetics, a hallmark of Alchemy Build’s approach.
