Alessia Mainardi Interiors has unveiled its latest achievement in interior design with the complete refurbishment of a Bombardier Challenger 300, delivering a sleek and luxurious upgrade that blends contemporary styling with the strict demands of aviation certification. This marks the second major interior overhaul for the 2006 built aircraft, which now emerges as a refined, modern space tailored to the expectations of discerning private jet clients.
At the heart of the project was the challenge of reimagining the jet’s nine passenger cabin within the rigid structural constraints of its original design. The seating, in particular, required innovative solutions: while the seat structures had to remain unchanged to meet aviation standards, Alessia Mainardi Interiors achieved a new visual identity by expertly modifying the seat foam, adjusting proportions, and introducing meticulously crafted stitch lines. The result is a seamless fusion of form and function, maintaining compliance without compromising aesthetics.
