Tell us a little about your background in design:
Amy studied Furniture Design, earning a First-Class Honours degree before beginning her career in London. Over the past ten years, she has developed a strong foundation in interior architecture, bespoke joinery, and spatial planning, with a particular expertise in kitchen and bathroom design. Her work has been featured in leading design publications, earning industry recognition.

How would you describe your personal design style?:
Our work bridges modern and contemporary design, with a strong emphasis on understanding our clients at a personal level. By investing time during the early brief stages of the design process, we create homes that feel thoughtful, layered and truly reflective of the people who live in them.

Where does your design inspiration come from?:
For us, inspiration comes from everywhere, restaurants, art galleries, travelling and spending time outside.

In what direction do you feel that design is moving towards in a general sense?:
Over the past five years there has undoubtedly been an emphasis on spending more time in our homes and I think because of this, people are willing to invest in their interiors. We see smaller design offerings becoming increasingly popular, such as E-Design and Online/In Person Consultations. I also hope and believe we are seeing an increased awareness of sustainability and therefore a push towards natural materials.

If you could offer one piece of advice when it comes to designing, what would it be?:
Always choose things you love, then you can’t go wrong.

How important are The International Design & Architecture Awards?:
The International Design & Architecture Awards are widely regarded within the industry, particularly for their international reach and peer-led judging. Being recognised alongside such a strong global field felt incredibly meaningful to us.

What projects are you currently working on?:
We have a few lovely projects we are working on at the moment, including a 20,000 sqft property in Hertfordshire and properties in Portugal and Dubai in the works.

What was your favourite project to work on and why?:
One of my favourite projects to work on has been Bow House, which can be found on our website. My clients style aligned perfectly with our own studio style so the project flowed very smoothly because of this – they were incredibly trusting throughout the whole build and have become good friends.

What was your most challenging project to work on and why?:
The most challenging projects tend to be those where our design styles don’t naturally align. When there isn’t a shared visual language or mutual trust in the process, it can be harder to create a cohesive result, which is why we place such importance on the briefing stage, ensuring expectations and design direction are aligned from the outset.

Which products/services could you not live without when designing?:
My bespoke furniture and upholstery companies who help bring our visions to life!

What are your aims and goals for the next twelve months?:
We would love to hire more employees and move into a bigger office space to accommodate.
