The kitchen, realized by the design firm Angela Reynolds Design, exemplifies refined elegance and livability, anchored by a dramatic Calacatta Monet marble waterfall island. Rift-cut oak cabinetry, integrated appliances, sculptural lighting, and artisanal detailing combine to create a timeless, gallery-like space, where natural materials, warm illumination, and curated antiques balance modern sophistication with everyday comfort.

At its core, the waterfall island serves as both a functional surface and a commanding statement piece. Its generous length encourages gathering, complemented by plush mohair-upholstered barstools that introduce softness and subtle color against a primarily tonal, stone-forward palette. Above, a trio of Riloh pendant lights, suspended by delicate chain detailing, casts a warm ambient glow while offering a nod to vintage sensibilities.

Perimeter countertops, crafted from etched limestone with double-step edging and sealed with Fiber Shield for durability, reinforce the kitchen’s tactile richness while maintaining understated elegance. Slim shaker-profile cabinetry in rift-cut white oak extends seamlessly to the ceiling, providing generous storage without overwhelming the space, while fully integrated Sub-Zero appliances recede into the millwork, supporting the philosophy of “less kitchen, more environment.
