The kitchen, family room, breakfast area, and pool zone now form the vibrant core of the home, spaces that encourage both everyday living and entertaining.

Key to the success of the project was the introduction of larger openings between traditional rooms, a thoughtful gesture that promotes a sense of openness while maintaining the architectural integrity of the original structure. Expansive new exterior openings connect the home to its lush gardens, allowing sunlight to stream in and nature to become part of the interior experience.
