Key updates include a grand entrance hallway and open-plan kitchen, living, and dining spaces, adorned with decorative wall paneling, bespoke lighting, and custom-made furnishings. The design balances comfort and sophistication, with a versatile sitting room that doubles as a cinema and family lounge, providing a relaxed contrast to the more formal living areas.

The two spacious bedrooms emphasize restful elegance, with meticulously crafted joinery providing storage, workspaces, and media units in a modern, elegant style. This project was executed as a turn-key renovation, showcasing Arlene McIntyre Design’s timeless aesthetic. The firm modernized floors, wall coverings, and window treatments to harmonize with the penthouse’s Georgian architecture. With a subtle palette of neutrals, the design reflects the owners’ personal taste while honoring the historic charm of Dublin’s city center, seamlessly merging the penthouse’s period character with contemporary comfort.
