AW2’s environmentally conscious masterplan strategically positions 47 tented suites amidst rock formations, embracing a ‘light touch’ philosophy to preserve the desert’s raw beauty. The architecture evokes the essence of the surrounding landscape with sand-coloured canvases, terracotta renders, and compacted sand walls that harmonise with the terrain. The resort’s design fosters an indoor-outdoor connection, with fluid spaces, expansive terraces, and large windows framing breathtaking vistas.

Inspired by nomadic architecture, AW2 integrates traditional Bedouin influences with modern luxury. Bespoke furniture, Nabataean patterns, and natural materials such as wood, rope, and metal create contemporary interiors reflecting the region’s rich cultural tapestry. The spa and signature swimming pool are seamlessly woven into natural coves, shaded by rock cliffs, enhancing the resort’s sense of seclusion and tranquility.

AW2’s design not only minimises the resort’s carbon footprint but also strengthens the bond between human and nature.
