Bishop Design was tasked with creating two unique and captivating F&B concepts within the prestigious Dubai Opera House. The result was Belcanto, a classic Italian restaurant, and Eden, a party terrace with entertainment, both designed to complement the overall Opera House experience. The design firm sought to create an unparalleled dining experience through interior styling and visual identity, paying homage to Italian heritage and evoking the atmosphere of a grand Italian opera house.

Belcanto’s design reflects the elegance and sophistication of both original and local demographics. The dim lighting, scarlet red accents, and colourful counterparts all complement each other, alluding to desire and excitement within the space, seducing guests into an unforgettable experience. Monochrome prints and opulent gold accents create an elusive synergy between both venues, which exist independently but were designed as one.

In contrast to the romantic ambiance of Belcanto, Eden flaunts an extensive array of lush vegetation that creates depth and embodies that of a serene jungle paradise. The terrace offers its visitors unforgettable views of the Burj Khalifa under the stars. Open into the early hours of the morning, patrons can immerse themselves in the lively rhythms, exquisite bites, assortment of refreshing cocktails, and a delectable range of shisha. The party terrace transports its guests into a party setting with energetic beats and entertainment.

The juxtaposition between Belcanto and Eden enhances the appeal of the overall establishment by providing consumers with two different concepts within a single setting. Both venues have evolved the existing F&B scene within the city by providing consumers with a fresh multisensorial dining and party experience. The result is an unparalleled dining experience that caters to both the romantic and energetic guests.

Bishop Design succeeded in creating two remarkable F&B concepts that complement the Dubai Opera House experience while existing independently. Through careful attention to detail and the use of sophisticated design elements, they were able to create a multisensorial dining and party experience that elevates the F&B scene in the city.
