Cochrane Design London has completed a refined and elegant transformation of a top floor apartment within a listed red brick Victorian block on Pont Street in Knightsbridge. Tasked with creating a serene and contemporary home that respected the building’s historical integrity, Cochrane Design London delivered a project that merges subtle modernity with preserved heritage detail.

The home was designed to accommodate a family whose two adult children return occasionally. Each bedroom and dressing area was uniquely tailored to reflect individual personalities, yet harmonised with the overarching design aesthetic. A strong emphasis on storage led to the integration of concealed luggage access and seamless dressing zones, supporting the lifestyle of a well-travelled family.

Cochrane Design London also brought a subtle sense of theatre to the interiors, introducing hidden doors, bespoke metalwork, and unexpected design features that add layers of interest and discovery.
