High-end amenities include the exclusive Members’ Garden at level 23, a Sky Garden for hotel guests, and a rooftop infinity pool. The residences also feature direct access to yacht moorings and a serene arrival sequence. Foster + Partners collaborated with their Applied R+D team to develop passive cooling strategies, including solar exposure analysis and adaptive overhangs, while Gilles & Boissier crafted the interior spaces to reflect the architectural vision.
Foster + Partners designed The Lana and The Lana Residences, Dorchester Collection in Dubai, marking their first residential project in the city. Commissioned by OMNIYAT in 2010, the brief called for a landmark mixed-use development featuring two interlocking towers. Located on the edge of Marasi Marina, between Downtown Dubai and the Dubai Design District, the project forms the centrepiece of a new 12-kilometre waterfront promenade.
