Hopkins Architects has unveiled its design for a world-class 21st-century hotel and residences in the heart of Belgravia, London. The prestigious project, situated on a prominent site facing Wellington Arch and overlooking three Royal Parks and Buckingham Palace, marks The Peninsula’s foray into the London hospitality scene.
Tasked with creating an exceptional establishment that reflects The Peninsula’s international brand values, Hopkins Architects drew inspiration from the Palazzo Farnese in Rome. The resulting ‘four square’ building design features streets on either side, a central courtyard, and a configuration of 190 guest rooms and 26 residential apartments.
