From a private parking space designed for six cars, intelligently avoiding pillars to create an open and space-saving ambiance, to the meticulously designed ballroom-inspired area on the first floor, reminiscent of the Roaring Twenties, Hyper Haus has created an art piece that you can live in.

The first floor not only houses a private parking space but also boasts a ballroom-inspired area with Art Deco style, perfect for hosting celebratory social events. A free plan entertainment area seamlessly connects with the beach pool designed to resemble a natural beach, complete with waterfalls and floating gardens. The dining area, with its splendid golden pantry design inspired by ancient Egypt, can transform to accommodate varying numbers of guests.

Ascending to the second floor reveals the owner’s private penthouse—a space that seamlessly blends mid-century style with Chinese royal aesthetics. The office, inspired by spaceship cockpits from 80s sci-fi films, exudes an air of sophistication where crucial business decisions unfold.
