The International Design & Architecture Awards 2021
Established for over 12 years, The International Design & Architecture Awards have supported and celebrated the World’s best interior design, architecture, and product designers, and are recognised as one of the most prestigious design awards throughout the world.
This is not just an entry into a competition, design et al have increased our investment in PR and Editorial for all shortlisted companies in The International Design & Architecture Awards 2021, providing an extensive package across both digital and hardback publications and newsletters.
A breakdown of the exclusive PR/Editorial Package + Extras for companies who are shortlisted:
- Newsletter campaign to our digital database/subscribers of industry professionals and design et al readers and subscribers , social media announcement across multiple platforms.
- Website feature and permanent place in our archive, linked to your own websites.
- Inclusion in the Hardback Awards Book of shortlisted projects (image & editorial 3rd of a page)
- An interview with the designer will be published on The Design Society with a link to your website.
- Shortlisted logos to share on your websites, social media, email signatures etc.
- Voting Process – design et al awards are different to other design awards as they are not judged by a small panel, employed by the organisation running the Awards. Shortlisted projects are presented online, and voting is open to industry professionals as well as design et al readers and clients. Instead of a panel of 10 or 12 industry professionals we have quite literally thousands of industry professionals involved. It is an incredible way to promote your work, reach a targeted global audience and ultimately sell your work.
- Winning entries will be featured on our website permanently archived, and are also eligible to receive a feature within one of the design et al publications within the 12 months after the Awards Ceremony.*

Like all design et al awards, The International Design & Architecture Awards are not judged by a panel. Shortlisted entries are presented online, and voting is open to industry professionals as well as design et al readers, clients and customers.

A unique part of our voting system, is that votes have to be cast in every single category, not just your own projects, this gives all shortlisted projects maximum publicity from international industry professionals.
Step with us into the world of luxury. Does your design cross the boundaries? Focusing on the residential sector, we celebrate the best in design, and are looking for outstanding architecture, interior design and product design.
The process is simple for submitting an application, please follow the steps below, making sure you have read and understood the terms and conditions, before submitting your entry:
- Request the online application form by emailing awards@design-et-al.com
- Reserve a shortlist meeting.
- Complete the application form for each project, this should take no longer than 10 minutes.
- You will be prompted to attach the images to the form.
- The awards team will confirm whether the submission was successful immediately after your reserved shortlist meeting.
PLEASE NOTE: Entry to the awards is free however if successful in reaching the shortlist stage, applicants are required to pay an administration fee and purchase two tickets to the awards ceremony.
Only 16 projects will be shortlisted per category, therefore we advise that applications be submitted as soon as possible.
The International Design & Architecture Awards 2021, hosted by design et al, offer a number of different categories covering Residential Interior Design, Architecture, Property Development and Product Design.
