Aeristo has been shortlisted for the Fabrics/Leather Award in The International Yacht & Aviation Awards 2022.

Vibrant In Nature is the Spring/Summer Collection 2022 from Aeristo. Nature was a key part of the design process from start to finish, and for these designs, the team looked to nature’s diverse elements to find inspiration, creating beautifully functional design solutions.

Aeristo was tasked with creating organic, modern, and versatile patterns, evolving their creative process while expanding their design library. In doing so, new design solutions were invented as they came across new challenges. The obstacles that they faced included finding the appropriate use of negative space to highlight the articles of leather, incorporating modern colour trends, and highlighting their own technical expertise.

The designs are inspired by Nature with the understanding that it is the foundation of life. Each part of the Vibrant In Nature collection was crafted in a way that brings that life into interior spaces. The organic use of texture, patterns, and technique allows Aeristo to showcase the layers of beauty within nature. The designers show respect to Nature beyond inspiration for this collection; Aeristo’s leathers are produced with the purpose to minimise their impact on the environment during production and postproduction, in regard to recycling and disposal.

The collection visually reflects Nature’s designs but with a modern and versatile approach that makes it work for a range of interiors. The versatility in the designs’ aesthetic allows them to move seamlessly through the design industries, including both the yacht and aviation sectors. The design itself remains endless in its customisation, with each design offering a choice of colour and leather article options.
