AirJet Designs have been shortlisted for Interior Design – Concept Yacht Award in The International Yacht & Aviation Awards 2022.

L’Elégance is an interior design concept for a luxury yacht under 40 metres created by AirJet Designs. The modern French inspiration for the creation of this interior was to provide the yacht owner with an upscale experience of luxury living, by blending exclusive materials and craftmanship with a selection of personalised art pieces in a pastel blue and grey colour palette.

The most opulent materials have been implemented into the design of L’Elégance to create a truly exclusive yacht. Carrara marble is laid out in a chevron pattern on the floor and used for the bar and decorative wall around the mirror TV in the dining area. Natural shagreen leather and wood marquetry with a high gloss finish complement the material selection to provide a feel of fine luxury, without being overly extravagant.

A curated selection of exclusive bronze artwork pieces complements the interior design scheme and introduces a gentle warmth to the cabins. On the central dividing partition, the eye-catching glass and silver leaf and powder sculpture from artist Yorgos Papadopoulos (“Eye of Serenity”) provides the final touch for the artwork and the concluding piece for this elegant yacht interior.

L’Elégance offers a new kind of interior scheme to the yachting industry and elicits a sense of luxury with a blend of fine craftsmanship, materials and colours without being overstated.
