In the future, how can Governments and Heads of State move faster and react with more effectiveness in response to the rising geopolitical issues being faced across the globe? The Global Embassy serves as the airborne representation of its government promoting the home country’s culture, economy and sciences. Preparing international treaties and official state visits, the Global Embassy’s unmatched ability to deliver personnel, assets, aid and equipment provides its government with an immediate on the ground presence and ability to react quickly to important political, social, economic and military events happening around the world.
This concept, created for a European Government is thus divided into 3 Zones. Zone 1, located at the front of the aircraft for the principal, provides a dedicated entry, direct access to the flight crew and three distinct areas for privacy (bedroom & washroom), work (office) and entertainment (lounge). Zone 2, at the centre of the aircraft provides private, club and conference seating for staff and entourage with a stage for press and security briefings. A Large open plan Galley and Bar area provides a space for crew to prepare meals and staff to socialise and relax. Zone 3, at the aft of the aircraft is a hangar featuring a large cargo door and reinforced floor with space to carry cargo containers, palletized equipment, government motorcade, scout and air support helicopters.
The subtle CMF treatment uses a combination of satin antiaris wood and Titanium metal with semi polished Bianco Carrara stone to contrast the Carbon fibre that has been used as a finishing material to reflect the construction of the aircrafts composite fuselage. The application of sustainably sourced leather, fabric and wool soft materials are maximised to reduce cabin noise levels and the weight impact of additional acoustic insulation.
