Duck Design Studio have been shortlisted for Concept Over 40 Metres Award in The International Yacht & Aviation Awards 2022.

The Super Yacht 168’ concept comes from Massimo Paperini, founder of Duck Design Studio. Massimo started working in yacht design in 1980, and has launched numerous one-off and series boats across his career. This latest concept from Duck Design Studio is an accumulation of his design experience.

This yacht in particular has been designed as a preliminary project for a Chinese owner. It has been designed with great attention to the hydrodynamics of the hull, and attention and consideration has been given to on-board systems and motorisation in order to obtain the maximum respect for the environment and achieve the best possible results. With an overall length of 51.3 metres and a tonnage of 430, the concept consists of a 9.40metre beam and uses two 970hp engines.

Super Yacht 168 is a concept developed thanks to thirty years of experience. Duck Design Studio has worked not only to produce award-winning yachts and concepts, but to continue learning and researching in order to present power yachts whose focusses are on speed, comfort and elegance.
