Greenpoint Technologies, Inc. has been shortlisted for the Private Jet Design – Concept Award in The International Yacht & Aviation Awards 2023.

Greenpoint Design curated the B777X Zen interior for a distinguished jetsetter with the desire to escape and reconnect with nature. Inspired by the natural flow of a Japanese Zen Garden; Greenpoint designers incorporated biophilic elements including organic greenery and the use of sustainable, neutral materials to create a calm and peaceful environment.

The Zen interior brings luxury and relaxation to flight with seamless connectivity and bespoke details that set the interior apart from a traditional private business jet.

Zen features an expansive main cabin with glass-enclosed jewel box gardens thoughtfully positioned throughout the interior. Each garden is designed with purposeful pebbles and trees to evoke the senses and equipped with climate control technology. The jewel boxes are a key feature of the design and provide a meditative environment.

Guests enter the Zen interior through a rotunda showcasing a ceiling pendant reminiscent of an obsidian gemstone. Dynamic lighting is strategically applied to enhance the modern architecture and evoke a feeling of strength and tranquillity.

Forward of the Grand Entry is the Dining Room, featuring ultra-thin OLED panels fitted to the aircraft’s curvature. The Forward Lounge contains custom seating made of pastel velvet for passengers to comfortably rest during flight. Moving aft, the Main Lounge provides an ideal space for relaxed social gatherings. Bold, artistically etched feature walls surround a sunken seating area comprising of two oversized couches and adjustable side tables. A delicate pearl LED lighting fixture provides a touch of elegance. Swivel bird cage chaises with rose gold details are positioned on the perimeter of the lounge to offer additional seating.

Throughout the interior, advanced technology is concealed within a natural user interface, programmed to proactively respond to passenger requests through gesture and voice controls. The interior presents a neutral design palette featuring light walnut and Carrera marble with rose gold, high-gloss black, and pastel accents. Bespoke, hand-sheered carpet mimics the sand of a Japanese Zen Garden, flowing throughout the interior with a wave-like texture and fibre-optic lighting. Greenpoint collaborated with Kalogridis International to design bespoke carpet for the Zen Interior

Continuing aft, passengers will pass private, VIP Guest Suites and enter the Social Lounge. The Social Lounge features oval-shaped bar seating surrounding a large glass-enclosed atrium. Internally lit chaise lounges are built into the sidewalls, offering an ideal space for passengers to relax.

The private Master Suite features a king size bed framed by a custom marble headboard extending to the ceiling, with embedded opaque lighting stretched overhead. The master lavatory features an oversized rain shower, double vanity made of light walnut veneer, and ample closet space.

Greenpoint’s Zen interior achieves an elegant, calming cabin environment. Each space offers the highest level of function and adaptability, with adjustable lighting and advanced technology concealed throughout the cabin within the bespoke cabinetry. Whether traveling for business or leisure, the Zen interior provides a comfortable, serene oasis for all passengers onboard.
