Kathleen Hay Designs has transformed a Miami Beach residence into a sophisticated coastal retreat, seamlessly blending modern architecture with warm, inviting interiors. Situated in a prime waterfront location, this home was meticulously redesigned to provide a serene escape for a Massachusetts-based family seeking refuge from harsh northern winters.
Collaborating with general contractor Andian Group and architect Ralph Choeff, Kathleen Hay Designs orchestrated a full-scale renovation, gutting the original four-bedroom home and expanding it with a new guest wing featuring three ensuite bedrooms, a gym, and an elevator. A standout feature is the first-floor guest suite, which appears to float above its own private water feature, offering a tranquil, secluded experience.
