How important are The International Design & Architecture Awards?

I believe this award is a powerful affirmation of my design philosophy, highlighting the creativity and dedication embedded in my work. It also provides an exceptional platform to showcase my company’s vision, enhancing our visibility and reputation within the industry.

What projects are you currently working on?

Currently, we are working on a few projects, including sales office, showflats and show house.

What was your favourite project to work on and why?

My favourite project to date is the Grand Ming Show House, as it was one of our largest endeavours, offering me the freedom to explore diverse design elements and unleash my creativity. Most importantly, the result was exceptional, reflecting both innovation and excellence.

What was your most challenging project to work on and why?

The most challenging project I’ve undertaken remains the Grand Ming Show House, as it required managing the entire process from demolition through design, construction, and furnishing. Initially, the house’s layout was poorly planned, with disjointed and confusing pathways that disrupted the flow from the entrance. We faced numerous client requests and unforeseen issues, which prompted us to completely rethink the routing. By reimagining the spatial flow, we created a seamless, intuitive, and logical progression through the house, ensuring easy navigation and a cohesive connection from the entrance to every room, ultimately transforming a chaotic layout into one that felt purposeful and elegant.

Which products/services could you not live without when designing? E.g. Lighting companies, furniture companies

I believe that in interior design, delivering exceptional customer service is crucial, particularly by actively listening to clients’ suggestions, advice and requirements.

What are your aims and goals for the next twelve months?

My goal for the upcoming year is to focus on continuously improving and expanding my company by enhancing our services, streamling operations, and fostering innovation. I also sim to increase my efforts in securing new job opportunities and building valuable partnerships that can contribute to our growth and success.
