Knox Design undertook the complete transformation and reconfiguration of this 1950s seafront villa, redefining it as a contemporary, light-filled Mediterranean residence. The project seamlessly blended modern materials with timeless elegance and coastal sophistication, ensuring a refined yet inviting atmosphere. The primary objective was to create a multi-generational home that balanced privacy, functionality, and a sense of luxury while embracing the breathtaking coastal views.

The top floor was meticulously designed as a private retreat for guests, offering an exclusive and serene sanctuary. This thoughtfully curated space features a luxurious suite with a private terrace and hot tub, allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in the Mediterranean setting. High-end finishes and a coastal-inspired aesthetic enhance the tranquil ambiance.

The central floor was envisioned as the primary living space for the owners, where elegance meets open-plan functionality. A lavish master suite, complete with a bespoke dressing room and spa-inspired ensuite, was designed as a personal sanctuary. At the heart of the home, an open-plan kitchen was strategically positioned to maximize panoramic seafront views. The adjoining living and dining areas flow seamlessly into a stylish bar, creating an inviting space for entertaining. High ceilings, expansive arched glazing, and carefully selected materials further enhance the sense of space and coastal glamour, with natural light illuminating the interiors.

The lower floor was conceived as a dedicated family zone, ensuring comfort and practicality for children and grandchildren. Private suites provide independence while maintaining a connection to the home. A fully equipped garden kitchen, featuring bespoke cabinetry and ambient lighting, extends effortlessly to the newly integrated swimming pool and landscaped outdoor spaces, fostering an environment where Mediterranean elegance, modern luxury, and multi-generational living coexist harmoniously.
