La Bottega Interior Design LLC delivers a refined vision of contemporary luxury with the Delano Penthouse at Delano Dubai. Positioned across the entire seventh floor, the 850 square metre sky villa offers sweeping views of JBR and the Burj Al Arab, while expressing the brand’s commitment to understated elegance and sensory calm.
The studio approached the project as more than a hotel suite, creating a private sanctuary that balances the warmth of a high end residence with the service and precision of a five star resort. A carefully resolved layout separates public and private zones, allowing for intuitive flow between formal and family living areas, five ensuite bedrooms, and two expansive terraces. Discreet staff accommodation is seamlessly integrated to support service without compromising guest privacy.
Materiality is central to the experience. Custom timber marquetry, travertine, sculpted oak joinery, boucle upholstery, and Calacatta Borghini marble form a tactile, layered palette. Inspired by the Delano Miami DNA, the design explores contrast through light and dark tones and soft, sculptural forms, achieving harmony through balance.
Attention to detail defines the project. A travertine enfilade entrance creates a sense of procession, while integrated lighting enhances architectural features. Outdoor spaces are equally considered, with a Bulthaup show kitchen, infinity pool, and varied entertaining settings.
Through restraint, precision, and thoughtful composition, La Bottega Interior Design LLC creates an immersive environment where luxury is expressed with quiet confidence and enduring sophistication.
