Central to the project are LEICHT’s KYOTO kitchens in Walnut, paired with high-contrast White wall units. These artisan kitchens, inspired by traditional Japanese craftsmanship, feature a mixture of veneer fronts and wooden profiles. The design principle of KYOTO focuses on essential elements to define the kitchen space with clearly defined furniture pieces. Available in both oak and walnut, KYOTO kitchens offer a custom mix of materials, ergonomic layouts, and bespoke elements like walnut handles seamlessly blend into the furniture façade.
The development’s eco-friendly features include 100% carbon-neutral cabinets from LEICHT furniture, CO2-neutral Silestone Posidonia Green surfaces, and cork flooring made from 93% recycled wine bottle cork waste. Bosch’s fully integrated appliances ensure functionality and efficiency. Further sustainability efforts include using 80% recycled natural stone for terrazzo tiles, and instant hot water taps that use 50% less energy compared to kettles.
