This four-story oceanfront penthouse represents a refined expression of bespoke interior design, sculptural architecture, and seamless indoor–outdoor living. Located within one of South Florida’s most iconic beachfront towers, the residence was acquired by a nationally recognized entrepreneur with a clear objective: to transform a new-construction shell into a sophisticated, world-class pied-à-terre befitting its exceptional setting.

Michael Wolk Design was commissioned to conceive and deliver interiors that would enhance the panoramic ocean views while adhering to a demanding, accelerated timeline. The firm successfully achieved this without compromising the exacting standards of craftsmanship and quality required by the client. Across all four levels, the design maintains an uninterrupted connection to the sky, beach, and Atlantic Ocean through expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing, open sightlines, and carefully layered spatial planning.

A central design feature is the dialogue between the residence’s glass architecture and its custom interior elements. To heighten the sense of scale and continuity, Michael Wolk Design introduced a dramatic two-story mirrored glass installation extending from the dining area to the primary suite, creating the illusion of the ocean flowing through the home itself.
