Le Deck at Monte-Carlo Beach has been transformed into a refined yet relaxed seaside brasserie, offering a vibrant, sun-drenched ambiance by the Olympic pool. The brief called for a sophisticated lunchtime destination, and designer Dorothée Delaye responded by blending 1930s Riviera elegance with contemporary flair. Her vision balances modernity with the site’s heritage, capturing the effortless lifestyle of the Côte d’Azur.

Using custom-made furniture, bold stripes, and warm textures, Delaye echoed the Art Deco spirit while maintaining a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. The palette draws inspiration from the Mediterranean, creating a harmonious connection between interior and exterior spaces. Natural, sustainable materials play a key role, supporting the relaxed yet refined character of the space. Her thoughtful integration of light, colour, and texture fosters a sense of continuity between the architecture and the surrounding landscape.

Delaye’s design enhances the social energy of the poolside setting, encouraging guests to feel comfortable yet immersed in understated luxury. The use of bespoke elements, including woodworking, stone masonry, and textile craftsmanship, adds depth and authenticity, reinforcing the brasserie’s identity as a must-visit destination.
