Located in Atlanta’s historic Old Fourth Ward, FORTH is a pioneering hospitality destination that seamlessly integrates wellness, design, cuisine, culture, and community. Designed by renowned firm Morris Adjmi Architects (MA), the 16-story property features 196 luxury accommodations—157 guest rooms and 39 extended-stay apartment-style suites—alongside four distinct culinary venues, an expansive outdoor pool deck, a cutting-edge fitness center with wellness programming, and a private members-only social club.

The architectural centerpiece of the building is its striking exposed concrete diagrid. Beyond its sculptural impact, the diagonal columns serve a structural role while introducing depth and transparency to the glass window wall behind. Inside, the diagrid casts dynamic silhouettes across guest room windows. At the street level, a three-story gray brick podium with corbelled detailing frames each window and relates harmoniously to the surrounding urban context, grounding the modern tower in its neighborhood fabric.

The interiors, also by Morris Adjmi Architects, offer a sophisticated counterpoint to the exterior’s contemporary form. Drawing from classic European and Americana influences, the design incorporates handmade wood furnishings, layered textiles, and curated decorative objects. Public areas transition from open to intimate, with the lobby featuring a moody mid-century ambiance, wood-burning fireplace, and bespoke artwork by Jack Spencer and Becca Barnet. Natural materials and subdued lighting create a sense of calm and retreat.
