Given the ambitious brief to reconfigure the existing property while preserving the listed front façade, ND Studios embarked on a project that harmoniously blends contemporary aesthetics with a touch of timeless elegance. The challenge of planning permissions was gracefully overcome, allowing for the demolition of much of the original property to give rise to a modern masterpiece behind the retained façade. The listed front not only adds character but also imparts a sense of history to the newly constructed home.

ND Studios embraced the task of creating interiors that are fresh, contemporary, and minimalist, catering to the clients’ desire for a design with longevity. The focus was on ensuring a practical living space that complements the modern, minimalist aesthetic, achieving a delicate balance between functionality and aesthetics.

Particular attention was paid to materials and finishes, with an extensive array of options for marbles, stones, and woods. This meticulous selection process underscored the importance of materials in shaping the overall design, contributing to the home’s cohesive and sophisticated ambiance.

One of the standout spaces within the residence is the home café, where ND Studios introduced an industrial vibe complemented by a sculpted slab of White Fantasy marble, serving as a stylish bar area. This monochrome, contemporary socializing space adds an unexpected urban flair to the suburban setting.
