Newport Yacht Interiors has successfully completed the refit of the 80′ catamaran, Bundalong, transforming its interior into a haven of luxury and style. The comprehensive refit involved the installation of custom cabinetry and tables, new flooring, soft goods, cushions, furniture, table settings, bedding, decor, and even an upgraded flybridge bar, showcasing the company’s commitment to delivering top-tier yacht interiors.

The aim of the project was to breathe new life into the catamaran’s interior, infusing it with highly stylized and performance-oriented appointments that bring aesthetic vibrancy. Newport Yacht Interiors embraced a palette of colour, texture, pattern, and contrast to create a visually and tactilely engaging experience on board. The focus was on utilizing the open spaces in the salon and exterior living areas, ensuring custom appointments seamlessly integrated with the outdoor environment and the mesmerizing sea views.

A key highlight of the refit was the meticulous process of selecting materials and designs. Balancing both style and functionality, Newport Yacht Interiors meticulously vetted only the highest quality materials, curating a layout and scheme that harmonized the various living spaces on board. The challenge of bringing together the four staterooms, large salon, aft deck lounge area, flybridge dining and lounge areas, and the bow lounge into a cohesive design plan was met with enthusiasm, akin to solving an intricate puzzle.

The design of each of the four staterooms was a particular joy for the Newport Yacht Interiors team. Luxurious fabric wall treatments were incorporated to create feature walls with captivating colour and pattern, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal.

The result is a curated interior with a palette and proportions carefully selected to accentuate the desired experience for the yacht’s owners – serenity, peace, beauty, and luxury. Newport Yacht Interiors ensured that each living space is unique in its design yet cohesively connected to others throughout the yacht. This design approach provides the owners with the comforts of their luxury homes while enjoying life at sea.
