Working within the retained Georgian façade, No. 12 Studio preserved the building’s classical proportions and architectural language while reinterpreting them for contemporary luxury living.
Key heritage elements such as generous ceiling heights and expressive materials informed the interior architecture. No. 12 Studio reimagined traditional references, including parquet flooring, through contemporary scale and detailing so the spaces feel both timeless and relevant.
