Perched in the heart of Downtown Dubai, this luxury mansion offers breathtaking views of the iconic Burj Khalifa, blending unparalleled opulence with bespoke interior design curated by Noon Design Studio. The mansion’s interior is a masterpiece of sophistication, where custom-designed furniture, hand-painted wallpaper, and custom rugs coalesce to create an exquisite living experience.

This design brief delineates the vision for a luxury mansion situated in the heart of Dubai, boasting unrivaled views of the Burj Khalifa. The objective is to create a sophisticated and elegant living space, characterized by bespoke furniture, hand-painted wallpaper, and custom rugs. The design aims to harmonize contemporary aesthetics with timeless luxury, ensuring a unique and opulent living experience.

The villa encompasses 11 bedroom suites, three majlises, five living rooms, and four dining rooms. Each bedroom is designed to have a unique identity while maintaining a sense of connection and harmony throughout the house. The client desired a space that evokes comfort, luxury, and relaxation, reflecting her personality and taste. Every piece within the mansion is tailored specifically for this project, utilizing luxury materials and finishes.
