Nordhavn Yachts has once again demonstrated its commitment to excellence with the creation of the N80, a yacht designed to blend exceptional capability with top-tier safety and comfort. From its unmistakably expedition profile to the contemporary shear, the N80 is a testament to thoughtful design, offering a stylish exterior with a complimentary bulwark ensuring a dry ride even in challenging seas.

A key focus of the design was to provide a bright, uncluttered interior with light woods and fabrics, painted accents, and a modern yet comfortable feel. The Vripack design team, in collaboration with Nordhavn, successfully achieved this vision, delivering a space that combines elegance with comfort to the satisfaction of the client.

The owner’s suite, characterized by high-end finishes and ample natural light, is generously spacious. Accommodations include two queen guest suites and a third upper and lower stateroom with an ensuite. Minimal yet adequate crew quarters feature two bunks, a small galley, and an ensuite with a seating area.

The pilot house is designed to engage guests in the experience, offering two helm seats and an elevated settee with unobstructed views. The large Sky Lounge aft of the pilot house features an L-shaped sofa, game table, and a full head with a shower, providing additional guest space when needed.

One of the client’s primary demands was for expansive exterior spaces, and the N80 delivers on this front. Three dedicated decks offer various lounging options, from the upper fly bridge deck with settees and a hot tub to the lower deck’s spacious dining settee. The mid-deck can be customised to include a table and chairs or tailored to the owner’s preferences.

The design process prioritised the creation of enjoyable indoor/outdoor spaces to meet diverse needs. With three decks catering to different preferences – whether for fishing, lounging, outdoor cooking, or simply relaxing – Nordhavn has once again provided a vessel that caters to the unique desires of its discerning clients. The N80 stands as a testament to Nordhavn Yachts’ dedication to crafting vessels that seamlessly blend luxury, functionality, and individuality.
