OLT Design has unveiled a breathtaking interior concept for a 60-metre superyacht, seamlessly blending elegance, artistry, and a profound appreciation for the fleeting beauty of life. The design’s central motif, the butterfly, symbolises lightness and fragility, serving as a poetic reminder to savour each moment of beauty. This delicate theme flows throughout the yacht, infusing every space with a sense of wonder and sophistication.

At the heart of the design is the meticulous selection of high-quality materials and artful details. Glossy panels of macassar and sycamore create a striking interplay of textures, while accents of mother-of-pearl, matte suede, and luxurious textiles heighten the sense of refinement. Brass elements introduce an understated grandeur, complementing the overall warm and sunny atmosphere. Contemporary art and exclusive design solutions further embody OLT Design’s philosophy of blending modern luxury with timeless elegance.

The main salon is a masterpiece of comfort and opulence, with soft forms and rich textures creating an inviting ambience. A standout feature is a MOOOI carpet designed by artist Seb Janiak, vividly showcasing the butterfly theme with intricate patterns. The dining area continues the narrative, with a floral-inspired wall panel adorned with crystal droplets and a chandelier resembling a flock of butterflies in flight, adding an ethereal beauty to the space.

The master suite epitomises serenity and luxury, highlighted by a stunning butterfly wing-shaped panel crafted from polished marble. This central artistic feature enhances the suite’s tranquil atmosphere, while an adjacent workspace offers a modern, refined environment for quiet contemplation.

The yacht’s central staircase is a dramatic focal point, featuring a luminous column of onyx surrounded by swirling white agate. The effect is a mesmerising vortex of butterflies, brought to life by multi-layered lighting that adds depth and movement to this striking design element.

OLT Design’s concept celebrates the harmony of nature and art, creating an interior that is both timeless and deeply personal. The butterfly theme, woven throughout the yacht, transforms the vessel into a living gallery, inspiring those on board to embrace life’s fleeting beauty with grace and wonder.
