The design concept centres on creating a luxurious yet liveable atmosphere, where deep blues, sandy beiges, and warm metallic accents provide balance and sophistication.

Inspired by the surrounding lush greenery and palm trees, Sarah Z Designs incorporated rich walnut wood into the millwork, cabinetry, and kitchen, grounding the space with natural warmth. Deep, moody blues and bamboo-like green wall coverings enhance the organic luxury of the interior, creating a serene and inviting environment. Various metallic tones were carefully selected to harmonize warm and cool elements, reinforcing the seamless connection between elegance and comfort.

Key features of the home include the primary bathroom and powder room, where intricate textures, striking light fixtures, and carefully curated patterns create visual interest.
