Jubail Island Show Villa

Commissioned to design the Type V5 show villa, SAY Studio approached the project with a deep understanding of the brief, the landscape, and the lifestyle aspirations of future residents. The studio’s vision was to create a warm, authentic atmosphere that integrates seamlessly with the breathtaking surroundings. Drawing inspiration from nature, the design features natural tones, textures, and finishes, ensuring that the interiors complement, rather than compete with, the outdoor environment.

Central to the design was the idea that luxury need not be excessive. SAY Studio adopted a minimalist, organic aesthetic, focusing on light, space, and comfort. The living areas exemplify this approach, featuring open plan layouts with generous pockets of space that enhance the sense of flow and freedom. Transparent surfaces, carefully considered lighting, and a calming colour palette create a tranquil environment that feels both modern and timeless.
