Wider Yachts has unveiled its latest innovation in the luxury catamaran segment, the WiderCat 92, a 28-metre hybrid-propulsion vessel that redefines space, comfort, and sustainability. This project, born from a collaboration with Luca Dini Design & Architecture, represents a bold step forward for the brand, which has been synonymous with innovation since its acquisition in 2019. By blending hybrid technology, solar energy, and a modern approach to catamaran design, the WiderCat 92 introduces a new level of elegance to a traditionally performance-driven vessel type.

Measuring 12 metres across, the WiderCat 92 offers an unprecedented 500 square metres of living space across three decks. Accommodating up to 10 guests and four crew members, it is designed to combine flexibility, luxury, and functionality. Key to this versatility is the modular interior concept, allowing owners to tailor spaces to their preferences without undertaking a complete redesign. The first model, ACALI, draws its aesthetic inspiration from the sea, incorporating materials like teak, ebony, and marble, as well as a distinctive teal parquet by Listone Giordano that evokes crystal waters and coral reefs.

Outdoor living is central to the WiderCat 92. The design features four distinct exterior areas, including a foldable 67-square-metre beach platform directly accessible from the VIP cabins, as well as extra-wide side corridors that enhance the connection with the surrounding environment. These elements combine to deliver an unparalleled sense of openness and connection to nature.

Underpinning the yacht’s design is the cutting-edge Wider Power Management System. Developed in collaboration with Applied, this intuitive digital cockpit allows seamless control of all onboard systems, from diesel generators and solar panels to propulsion and hotel utilities. With real-time 3D interactivity, the system ensures maximum efficiency and user-friendly operation, making the WiderCat 92 a leader in human-machine interface technology.
