Inspired by the client’s family home in Marbella, the design explores the idea of moving through different atmospheres and eras within one property. Each floor and many individual rooms carry distinct identities drawn from classical references, while remaining highly functional and contemporary. Careful spatial planning ensures clear zoning, generous circulation and privacy, while layouts respect Saudi cultural requirements, particularly within the majlis spaces, which are subtly reinterpreted through a contemporary lens.

A fully bespoke approach defines the project. Furniture, joinery, lighting, finishes and artworks were custom developed, with quality and craftsmanship prioritised throughout. The house functions almost as several residences in one, allowing the family to inhabit different spaces depending on season, mood or occasion.
