Bar Armoire has been crafted with solid fumed white oak and lacquer interior, with up-lit stepped bottle display shelves that shine through the oak-metal frame fluted glass doors. The custom cabinetry piece by 2pirdesign is a perfect combination of woodwork carpentry integrating with leather, bronze metal and fluted glass with an elegance and seamlessness.

The designers of this piece believe that great furniture can add stories and personal experience to the interior space. Bar Armoire is a private custom design piece for a 2pirdesign residential project, and aims to celebrate the timeless design in Furniture. It has been thoughtfully designed to it’s user, with step platforms and pull-our drawer trays. It is a melding of art and object, and a piece that complements and co-exists with the unique furniture and accessories in the room.

The outer case is a grey stained, fumed white oak, with a gloss, lacquer finish for the interior. The gloss interior is integrated carefully with under lit stepped bottle display shelves with a mesmerising effect. The pull-out drawer that offers space for bar accessories is punished with a leather wrapped dark bronze metal handle that encapsulates sophistication with a masculine feel. The LED up-light on the display is visible through the fluted glass doors.

Balanced between the practical function as a storage cabinet and a refine showcase furniture piece in the room is the Bar Armoire. Bold sculptural form legs shaped from solid white oak doesn’t compromise its stability and balance of its proportion.
