Tell us a little about your background .
We are a multi-faceted design team with backgrounds ranging from formal training in industrial design, to interior design and architecture.

How would you describe your design style?
Modern artisanal.

Where does your design inspiration come from?
Everywhere! Travel, jewellery, fashion, art to name a few.

In what direction do you feel that design is moving towards in a general sense?
Approachable and simplified.

Name the key themes to consider when approaching design in 2021 and beyond.
Soft minimalism, neutral palettes.

If you could offer one piece of advice when it comes to design schemes, what would it be?
Don’t be afraid to push the envelope and embrace mistakes, sometimes they turn out to be the biggest wins.

What projects are you currently working on?
The Spring 2023 collection for Arteriors Home.

What was your favourite project to work on and why?
That answer would range across our design team, which is what helps us balance our collections so well. Where one is passionate about an upholstery piece, another could be focused on a chandelier that complements.

What was your most challenging project to work on and why?
Particularly now due to the pandemic, all projects are challenging without an ability to travel and work as closely with partners internationally.

Which products/services could you not live without when designing?
Good old fashioned pencil and sketch book.

What are your aims and goals for the next twelve months?
Traveling again and re-igniting the inspiration in our design team.
