Tell us a little about your background in design (education, experience, etc)

Our story began in 2003 when I as a graduate of globally renowned Moscow Architectural Institute decided to launch my practice in the sphere of sophisticated luxury interior design.

Since then, we have created and conducted more than a hundred projects in Russia, its regions and in Europe.

We are not creating ’mass’-projects. Every one of our projects is authentic, unique and is designed specifically for the client with local peculiarities.

I am the founder, general manager and chief architect. In collaboration with leading galleries in Russia and France, we also offer a professional selection of art. Our projects have been featured in leading online and offline Russian media devoted to architecture and interior design.

I am actively participating in professional events as a speaker or as an expert. I am a member of the Association of Interior Designers and Decorators of Russia (ADDI), The Council of Experts in Interior Design and Architectural Environment (CEID) and

The British Institute of Interior Design (UK’s only professional institute for interior designers). Accredited interior designer by The Society of British & International Interior Design.

In 2020, the bureau was the only Russian finalist with a completed project at the SBID International Design Awards, held annually in London by The Society of British & International Interior Design.

We are the winners of the Public Space Award and ADD Awards 2020. Also I am a bronze winner of A’Design Award 2021.

We are among the top 200 Russian designers by Elle Decoration.

In 2020 we entered British and European markets under the brand Dseesion UK.

How would you describe your personal design style?

Our projects are distinguished by its elegance, a special, subtle sense of aesthetics, and an intelligent style of architectural details.

Our interiors look modern, but at the same time not ultra-fashionable.

This is a style that will not become obsolete over time. Thanks to the high-quality architectural basis of the interior and harmonious, elegant color combinations, the interior can have a long life and, over the years, become actualized and change the mood by changing the decor and / or textile elements.

Where does your design inspiration come from?

In each project, we are primarily being inspired by the personality of our clients. Their lifestyle and taste preferences that are the main reference point for us when creating an unique style of each space.

In what direction do you feel that design is moving towards in a general sense?

We are sure that the interior design industry is moving towards creating unique objects filled with value and philosophy. Excessive decorativeness today fades into the background, giving way to the fullness of objects with meaning.

Today, the quality of materials, their naturalness, environmental friendliness is more important than the number of details on it.

The main beauty of the space is in its architecture, natural lighting, the use of tactilely textures, and the interior items should be comfortable and sculpturally beautiful.

We are committed to principles of sustainability and offer certified eco- friendly finishing materials.

We are supporters of contemporary technologies aimed to prolong life and its quality, including home farms which can be a great source of fresh and healthy vegetables and herbs.

If you could offer one piece of advice when it comes to design schemes, what would it be?

in any brilliant composition, it is important to determine the place for the main accent and for the background

How important are The International Design & Architecture Awards?

Very important. Such awards raise the general level of design in the world and set the new level of quality for beginners and professionals.

What projects are you currently working on?

We are currently working on 14 private resident projects. They are all different, but they are united by our personalized approach to the design of any details and unique style.

What was your favourite project to work on and why?

We really do love each of our projects.  One of the special for me is the project of our bureau, which we created last year. This is a space for work and friendly communication between like-minded people.

What was your most challenging project to work on and why?

It is hard to answer this question because challenges inspire me. I will probably single out a project where our client absolutely did not participate in the process of construction and completion of the project and was not at the construction site even once before it was finished – this is an interesting work, and a great responsibility.

Complete the started projects on time.
