UT Design have been shortlisted for Lobby/ Public Areas – Asia Pacific in The International Hotel and Property Awards 2022.

In 2021 Greenland Hong Kong selected “Kunming-Cheng-Hu Hu-Su Collaborative Innovation and Development Demonstration Zone” as a national hot spot and added the new work of “Amber System” to illuminate the Yucheng era and create a new and better lifestyle with an international perspective. Amber Lanting Demonstration Area is the latest 2.0 iteration benchmarking product of the “Amber Series” of Greenland Hong Kong and Shanghai Joint Design cooperation. The aim is to upgrade people’s way of living through the continuation of the amber series of products of contemporary high standard human settlements model. They do this with a global vision to condense living needs, create a community environment with residential space, the new city living feel and create multi-functional urban social spaces.

The exclusive life space of G-LIFE community adopts an immersive art style expression, integrating 6 thematic scenes of swimming and fitness, yoga meditation, healing cat cafe, exciting e-sports, charming fencing, as well cultural and creative art, interpreting the current diversified lifestyle and a relaxed, comfortable social atmosphere.

Due to the business and bustle of the city the people have deeper demands for free growth, self-expression, emotional socialization and aesthetic experience. With insight into the living habits of the new pioneers in the city, UT Design bring the community functions of communication, leisure, competition and sports to Changshu, when youth meets innovation, when breakthrough meets acceptance, a new proposition of life “G-LIFE” is born.

In traditional communities, there are many “invisible walls” that enlarge the distance between people and alienate the enthusiasm of life. The designer hopes to shape a vibrant community space with full scenes for people to explore the fun of life and achieve a relaxed and pleasant social life.
