Lore Group have been shortlisted for Hotel Design – UK Award in The International Hotel and Property Awards 2023.

Lore Group, under the creative direction of Jacu Strauss, has accomplished a remarkable hotel design project with the unveiling of One Hundred Shoreditch. The hotel’s interiors beautifully capture the essence of Shoreditch’s transformation over the past decade, striking a perfect balance between its newfound maturity and the area’s inherent vibrance.

The primary focus of the design was to create a serene and comfortable atmosphere, offering guests a peaceful retreat from the bustling outside world. This approach aligns seamlessly with the hotel’s warm and welcoming hospitality, catering to a diverse range of needs, from private dining to meetings and weddings.

Neutral colour schemes and original abstract art adorn the rooms, while the suites boast a delightful mix of bespoke and vintage furniture, accompanied by spacious terraces overlooking the bustling streets of Shoreditch and the iconic London skyline.

Sustainability was a key consideration throughout the design process. Instead of making unnecessary changes, the team worked to enhance the existing beauty of the space, preserving wooden panelling and banquets in the restaurant while elevating the overall ambiance to foster a sense of welcome for both guests and neighbours.

To add depth and diversity to the experience, 48 rooms feature oriel windows, with 32 Oriels and 16 Juliette balcony rooms, offering picturesque views of the cityscape. Each room has been thoughtfully curated to cater to unique requirements, providing guests with ample opportunities to relax and savour the residential-like feel of the space.

One Hundred Shoreditch goes beyond traditional hotel offerings, boasting a variety of food and beverage outlets, including three bars, a coffee shop, and a convenient take-out hatch. The hotel effortlessly caters to every guest’s needs, ensuring a delightful experience at any hour of the day or night.
