OitoemPonto have been shortlisted for Restaurant – Europe in The International Hotel and Property Awards 2023.

Aiming to provide an exquisite dining experience for caviar enthusiasts and fine food lovers alike, Oitoemponto designed the French Style private club restaurant, Caviar Kaspia.

Oitoemponto’s work on Caviar Kaspia showcases the firm’s impeccable ability to seamlessly blend traditional and modern elements. The design concept, which takes inspiration from classic French style, is executed with sophistication, elegance, and opulence, creating a luxurious and inviting space. The firm’s attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the interior design, which is carefully curated to provide an intimate and exclusive atmosphere that focuses on the caviar and gastronomic experience.

The colour palette of deep blues and greens, golds, and shades of black and white chosen by the designers perfectly complements the luxurious and inviting ambiance of the restaurant. The walls are adorned with rich fabrics, such as velvet and silk, which add depth and texture to the space. The gold leaf mouldings add a touch of glamour and elegance. The furniture includes plush banquettes upholstered in luxurious fabrics and dark wooden tables with galuchat tops provide a comfortable and luxurious dining experience. The lighting, designed to create a warm and inviting ambiance, plays an essential role in creating the perfect atmosphere. The chandeliers and wall sconces provide a soft glow that complements the rich colour palette and enhances the opulent feel of the space.

The caviar shop in the entrance, featuring a stunning display of the finest caviar selections, is an excellent example of the attention to detail that Oitoemponto has given to the project. The ground floor of Caviar Kaspia features a bar area designed with luxurious finishes, including marble and brass, and stamp leather that exudes elegance and sophistication. The main restaurant situated on the first floor is the focal point of the club, with the walls covered in moss green velvet and adorned with art pieces from constructive Russian painters. The design creates the feeling of a collector dining room, showcasing the designer’s ability to incorporate contemporary art pieces seamlessly into traditional design. The third floor houses a sophisticated private living room and a dining room, perfect for exclusive events and intimate gatherings.
