Tell us a little about your background in design (education, experience, etc)
Graduated from Tongji University and worked abroad for more than a decade focus on high-end hospitality market with project experience in China, Mid-east and Australia.

How would you describe your personal interior design style?
Usually design in a holistic way with poetic inspiration and practical execution

Where does your design inspiration come from?
Daily Life ( travel , reading , imagination)

In what direction do you feel that design is moving towards in a general sense?
The world is more connected than ever with all sorts of information, in a philosophic way we could grow from where the local culture based and connect with other trees to be a forest with memory.

Health, Eco, Joy, Calm, Memory

If you could offer one piece of advice when it comes to interior design schemes, what would it be?
Try one more and put it aside with the first scheme you gave up see the difference.

How important are The International Hotel & Property Awards as recognition of talent and achievement?
As a leading award in the field, the recognition is very importment to me , my team and the projects we are eworking on.

What projects are you currently working on?
A hotel using Chinese Medicine as theme.

What was your favourite project to work on and why?
A bar / club on top of a 350m highrise which reminisce an italian village in a modern / dramatic way.

What was your most challenging project to work on and why?
Design for people with life style/ culture  I never experienced.

Which products/services could you not live without when designing?Drinks, music, pen and paper ( ipad will do …)

What are your aims and goals for the next twelve months?
Completed the projects handy with more younger people teamwork involvement.
